The prototype

We are producing the G 10 freight car in numerous versions and lettering for delivery in the 4th quarter of 2023.

Europe's best-known covered freight car.

From 1910, various freight wagons were standardised under the joint umbrella of the German state railways. Over 120,000 of the "G 10" covered goods wagons were used throughout Europe.

Some of these wagons remained in service with various railways until the 1980s and thus formed the backbone of European freight transport for over 60 years.

The model

All wagons are constructed according to original plans and built with sprung axles, buffers and couplings, as well as opening doors and sliding walls. 

The G 10 is available in eras I to III and in many different versions and paint schemes to ensure that it can be used as a prototype in a train formation.

There is also a choice of different car numbers.

As these models are customised, a deposit of € 500 is due when ordering. 

The remaining amount will then be invoiced on delivery.
